Its been a year I guess I am not writing here.Perhaps bcoz nobody do it so.ya lah.its no more blogging era.
Here I am,2014.just successfully graduated from UTM in bachelor degree of mechanical engineering. Plus,rezeki datang awal agaknya. Got offer as a project engineer in contractor company.Probably its too fast or rush for me to hold the position.or.maybe I'm not that good enough to hold the position.Bukan jiwa agaknya. Then which job could give u a life?which job could give u happiness?
yeah.people asked me,why u dont love the job?
honestly,I dont really have a rigid answer for that question.
Perhaps these could be my answer:
1.They didnt punctual.meaning,working hours is flexible.yet.we always do overtime job without being paid extra.even during public holiday need to come to work.in return,got replacement leave.which can carry foward to the next year.naah~
2.6 days per week working days.only got 1 day of holiday,sunday.
3.career development. This company is a small company,which only do management; we do technical stuff, like checking the site. But, we dont own workers.We paid them to do the job. How far can I grow with this little opportunity? dont know.
4.Field of interest. Dont know.My field of interest is in automotive and mechanism design.What I am doing here is doing on-site-project.Oh ya.Forgot to mention, the jobscope for project engineer is like , u are renovating your house. U pay contractors to do house renovation. But,anything must be under your command. In the end,the u will get what u asked for. As a project engineer, the system owner give drawing to us, then we need to communicate with our contractors to do the job as asked by the system owner. Constraint are; since we dont own these people, they have right to choose when they will come. We sure can arrange with them to come do the job during what time which place, but then since we dont own them, sure they can disobey our request since they have other place to do other job. sometimes, our job is pending because of clashing with other people scope. Try to image, u want to renovate you house, want to extend your parking space with roof, then there are a huge tree blocking the way,belongs to the people next house. So u need to communicate with people next door, ask them to remove the tree whatsoeva. Same problem with here.Sometimes they lateness make our job cannot be done on schedule. Plus, my field of interest in on innovation and technologies,automotive and mechanism to be specific. I really wish I could make use of my talent.yet.in the end.I work for people. They target to complete the project and gain the money. My field of interest is creating something that benefit to other people,with designing.
naah.dont know.everyday look into job advert.click on job application.send this and that.got no respond.
To be honest, I really wish to have happiness in doing what I really want to do.
sometimes, I think of, what will happen in the next 10 years?we are all gonna die after all.yet, before we get old,for sure we want to fulfill our dream isnt?what yours?

When I was a kid, I really dream to build my very own car.
Sometimes,I think to quit the job, do farm.during free time, innovate.
but,here.still stuck.dont have path to choose.
